Cozy Cabin Breathtaking Mountain View w/ Hot Tub

The stay was ok. It missed that the fridge is small, but there wasn’t a freezer as listed so we had to eat our ice cream immediately. The cabin overall was clean, but needs a deep cleaning. Many bugs can be seen on the upper window still when staying on the loft bed. When we arrived there was a used tissue on the loft bed. The Internet didn’t work at all during our stay. The host’s remedy was that I go flip a switch at a nearby glamping dome. I shouldn’t have to go to another location (dome) at any point, but especially at night and to a place that could be occupied by visitors. There was no other form of entertainment to pass the time. The hot tub was a nice temperature, but the jets need repairs. There were mice downstairs at night. The downstairs ceiling is low, which would’ve been nice to know since my husband is 6’ 3”. The instructions for getting to and entering the cabin were clear, common amenities were provided, checkout was easy, and the view is beautiful.

I’m sure it was not intentional, but the place had not been cleaned for our arrival ! We spent over an hour sweeping and cleaning up mainly dead bugs and trying to capture live ones and put them outside before we could unpack for our stay. Mainly stink bugs! Management offered to send over a cleaning person For the next morning, but we were only staying two nights and figured it wasn’t worth it Since we already spent time cleaning up ,we did get compensated for the situation and they were very apologetic for what had happened
