Urban Cozy Stay| Hot Tub| Near Downtown Lexington

My family enjoyed our stay at Allen’s house. It is updated and modern with good amenities, however it is in need of better maintenance and cleaning. When we arrived the hot tub and WiFi were both turned off requiring us to reach out to Allen for help. He was very nice and helpful, but I felt like we shouldn’t have had to. The hot tub water was brown and smelled bad, making it unusable. There are cigarette burns in the outdoor furniture. The bathroom windows are frosted on the wrong side, meaning everyone on the deck can see who is showering. We found a dirty sock under a bed and there was dried blood on the bathroom wall, suggesting a poor cleaning prior to arrival. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was also extremely loose, and one of the TV remotes was missing the volume buttons meaning it could only be used at the high volume that it was left on. Two of the mattress covers also had large stains on them and there is a hole in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms exposing plumbing
