The home is a single-story ranch style house. There is an open concept living room/dining area, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-sized beds and 1 king-sized bed, and a fully fenced in backyard with a covered patio for dining. Guests are able to occupy the whole home and driveway. Street parking is off limits- in order to respect our neighbors and neighborhood ordinances. Pet's are welcome at the home- we currently have a 2 pet maximum and our pet fee is $50 per stay! The Meridian: Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally-located property near the heart of Lexington. This recently renovated home blends traditional design elements with a modern flare. Situated in a quiet nighborhood and conveniently located within 10 mintues of downtown, Keenland/Bluegrass Airport, and University of Kentucky! Make memories outside under the covered patio, large backyard, and fire-pit. We look forward to hosting you!

Great communication with Allen. The place met all of our needs. Beds were comfy! Several niceties, like coffee and tea, provided.
Place was as pictured and a great place to stay with our two dogs. The gate doesn’t have a latch to keep it closed, so one of our dogs escaped, but was returned by a very kind neighbor. Overall a great stay.
It was a wonderful place to stay! It was cozy and everyone enjoyed their stay! The campfire made it a memorable night with us! Although the oven stopped working after the first time we used it, there was an air fryer that did the work!
