Bright Cozy Stay| Fenced Yard| Near I-75 Horsepark

I don't ever want to write a negative reveiw. The house was fine and the furnishing were good but so many little things were wrong that it became a problem. The owners need to talk to house keepers , as the freezer had old ice that had developed an oder in the freezer. Spilled honey in the cabinets, mold in the washing machine so we did not use the machine. No ice for new guests or mention to us needeing to bring ice. General maintenance and upkeep. Grass wasn't mowed, old dog poop in yard. toliet paper dispensers were broken. only one fork and two spoons were there when we arrived. Broken coffee maker and no filters. Many plugs didn't work, shower head in master bath leaked and was not fully operational. Although the owner addressed a few issues we brought up, more kept popping up and I didn't want to spend my weekend dealing with the owners issues, Would not rent here again.

Allen and his team were responsive, professional, and courteous. The home is as advertised- neutral, modern, and spacious. It is well kept and managed. Beds were comfortable and we had a lovely stay.

The location is convenient and easy to find. Home was clean for the most part. Beds were comfortable. Communicated several things with the hosts that I believe they will fix for future guests (dirty dishes, two forks for a three-bedroom home, lights being out, no final reply about using the garage or not, not being able to access the backyard from the house). I'm not sure I would stay here again for the price, but the host(s) were apologetic about all the minor things that added up during our stay...and hopefully they are fixed so future guests have a easy and relaxing stay.
